Course 20: Negotiation Skills
Aim
This course is for anyone who is involved in accessing funds or other provisions for their service and would like to learn to present their case so that everyone has something worthwhile to win.
Course Content
- To identify the issues for both parties in negotiation in order to build towards a win/win situation.
- To become aware of the unnecessary pitfalls frequently encountered
- To outline a strategy of negotiation
- To become aware of the skills necessary in negotiation
